Tour the Stable
This page is where you can learn about our rides, why we picked them and more. Our bikes are far more than just iron horses, they are very much an extension of who we are and we take great pride in them!
Bella "Beefie" Star: 2000 Yamaha Road Star
How long in the saddle : 4 months
Engine: 1600 cc
Weight: 871 lbs
Bella was purchased in April 2018 after Jeanne needing a more comfortable cruiser for long distance riding as her Harley Street 750 did not allow for more comfortable mods. It was love at first sight and now Jeanne and Bella enjoy riding long distances and getting to know one another.
Max 2015 HD Dyna Switchback
Rider: Kathy AKA KItt
Engine: 1690cc or 103
Weight: 718 lbs
Max came into Kitt's life unexpectedly when she stopped in to rent a bike out for a 4 day trip to MT. KIllington, and ended up buying Max brand new instead. Since then Max and Kitt have been riding every season and recently clocked 50,000 miles since being partners. Kitt has upgraded Max with heated grips (life saver and highly recommended!) LED lights, highway guards and pegs, custom seat with two backrests, heated gear controller, phone chargers, and more. In Kit's words " She is the love of my life."
Lulu 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic
Rider: Michelle aka Samsonite
Wieght: 650 lbs
Michelle picked Lulu after attending A motorcycle expo in NYC in 2007. Michelle sat on almost every bike before finding Lulu and besides being the ideal seat for her she also fell madly in love with the color. Low seat height, torquey in 5th gear and a nice big tank makes her ideal for long distance travels with the average gas mileage around 50 to 55 mpg. Since buying Lulu brand new, Michelle added large saddlebags, custom back rack, windshield and safety brake lights that blink when she begins to brake. The only thing Lulu is lacking would be another gear and 300ccs...but other than that Michelle loves her Lu and their adventures together.
Hinsapa 2015 Harley Street 750
Rider: Jeanne aka Quiet Storm
Weight : 500 lbs
Jeanne bought Hinsapa after months of research looking for a Harley that would suit her needs as she progressed into a bigger bike after her Rebel 250. After comparing the Street and the Sportster she settled into the Street and it was a match made in heaven. Sturdy, quick, light and sporty enough to take on the curves Jeanne logged 10k miles within two years of owning her which included long distances. Still in her growing motorcycle collection she rides Hinsapa for shorter jaunts as the foot controls have made it uncomfortable for longer rides due to a knee injury.
